How long will it take to get my ring?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping preference you select. US Mail delivery (our $1.99 shipping option) will take approximately: International: 1-2 weeks, Eastern States: 6-10 business days, Pacific States: 4-7 business days, Mountain States: 2-6 business days, and Utah: 1-4 business days. See our  shipping page for more information regarding shipping.

What if I don't know my ring size?
Simply follow the instructions on our ring size page to measure your ring size. For best results, you may want to take a trip to your local Wal-Mart or a jewelry store - they can accurately size your finger. If the ring is a gift, place a ring that might fit that person on our ring size chart in order to get an idea of what size they wear.

What if I received my ring and it doesn't fit?
We offer free ring size exchanges as a courtesy to our customers. Simply print our ring exchange form, follow the detailed instructions, and we'll send a replacement! For more information, please see our return policy.

Do you accept money orders or checks?
Send a money order or check with a note including the ring SKU/name, ring size, shipping preference and contact information to: CTR Ring Store - Orders at: 31 N 1330 W, Orem, Utah 84057. Issue your money order to "Latter Day Products".

I bought insurance, what does it cover? Jewelry Damage Repair & Replacement insurance purchased for $5.00 during the checkout process covers scratches, dents, nicks, loose or missing stones, or broken pieces including chains, etc. Lost or stolen jewelry is not covered with insurance. To process a claim, simply call 877-200-2715.

Do you ship to other countries?
Of course - we love serving members in other countries! We ship our rings primarily to the United States, Canada, American Samoa, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and European countries. All foreign orders (outside the U.S.) will be shipped standard air mail. With rings shipped to other countries, we can not guarantee a delivery date.

I ordered two rings and only received one. Why?
For faster processing, our rings ship directly from the manufacturers and may ship separate; however, they will usually arrive within a few days of each other.

Can I have a ring custom made?
Since our rings are manufactured in bulk, specialized molds have to be made for each ring, which is a fairly expensive process. If you would like your own CTR ring design made, we recommend contacting a specialty jeweler.

What if my ring was damaged in the shipping process?
Simply use our ring exchange form to send your ring back to the return address on the package. In the notes section, simply write "Damaged in delivery.", and a replacement will be sent immediately.

Can I buy a ring locally? Do you have inventory at your location?
We do have a few of our rings on display in our small office/showroom that you are more than welcome to come and look at. Almost all of our business is done online. However, you can order a ring and pick it up locally at our office. Just select local pickup when you place your order online under the shipping option. We will then call you once your order comes and is ready for you to pick up.

What is the metal content? What if I have allergies?
Our sterling silver rings contain 95.5% silver, 3% copper, and 0.5% misc. metals. We also have quite a collection of gold, stainless steel and even a couple titanium rings for those allergic to silver.
